Non-Functioning Fireplace
Many Homeowners have fireplaces that do not work and/or are too expensive to repair. Gel Fuel Cans can be used to bring that unusable fireplace back to life. They do not require Venting and can be used in any Fireplace with or without the Flue being open.
No Burn Days
Throughout the United States there are many areas that prevent homeowners from using their Wood Burning Fireplaces during certain day (s) of the Week. These times are called “No Burn Days”. This is to help Air Quality and Reduce Carbon Emissions. Homeowners that would like to use their fireplaces during these times can use Smokeless Gel Cartridges because they are produce Low Carbon Emission and 100% Eco Friendly.
About Limits on New Constructions
As a secondary note many areas, especially in California are creating Laws preventing the Building of New Homes with Wood Burning or Gas Fireplaces. This is in any effort again to provide better Air Quality and Less Carbon Emissions to reduce the effects of Global Warming.
This does not mean that you cannot have a fireplace in those areas. It simply means that you need to have a fireplace that burns a Low Emission, Renewable, and Sustainable Fuel Source such as Ethanol or Gel Fuel.
Ease of Use and No Clean-Up
Gel Fuel Cans burn 2 to 2 ½ hours. There are no ashes, embers, or soot. So, there is no mess to clean up. Simply peel off the label, open the lid, place behind the Flat Ceramic Log, and light. Within a two minutes you will have a Warm and Toasty Fire. Replace the can lid to douse the fire and conserve fuel.

Additional Heat Source
Each can of jel fuel produces 3,000 BTU’s of heat per hour. 2 Cans will emit 6,000 BTU's of heat per hour. 3 cans will emit 9,000 BTU's of heat per hour.

They burn clean without any Ashes, Embers, Smoke, Creosote, Toxic Fumes, or Carbon Monoxide. While burning the Jel, it evaporates into Water (H2O) and releases a small amount of Oxygen, and Carbon.
PLEASE NOTE: Each can has the manufactured date stamped on the lid. The fuel will maintain its gel consistency for 12 months past this date before returning to liquid state. Once gel reaches liquid state it is still usable, but caution must be used to prevent spilling.
